Privacy Policy

Last updated October 30, 2026

The short version: we collect the minimum needed to sell you the course and run your account, we don't sell your data, we don't run ad trackers, and you can ask us to delete your data any time at hello@zenza.io.

Who is responsible for your data

Zenza is operated by Gabe Ficht, a sole proprietor based in Texas, USA. For anything privacy-related, email hello@zenza.io.

What we collect

How we use it

We don't sell your personal information and we don't use it for third-party advertising.

Cookies

course.zenza.io sets one cookie, course_session, which keeps you logged in. It's required for the site to work. zenza.io sets no cookies. We don't currently use analytics or advertising cookies; if that changes we'll update this page and ask for consent where the law requires it.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that help us run Zenza, and only what they need:

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.

How long we keep it

Account and purchase records are kept while your account is active and for up to 7 years afterward for tax and accounting purposes. Email-list signups are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Server logs are kept for up to 90 days.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

Email hello@zenza.io from the address on your account and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're in the EU, UK, or California you may have additional rights under local law, including the right to complain to your data-protection authority.

Security

All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS, passwords are hashed, and access to our servers is restricted. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data, we'll notify you as the law requires.

Children

Zenza is for businesses and isn't directed at anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we'll update the date above and email active customers.
