Refund Policy

Course — 30-day money-back guarantee

If the AI Operations Playbook isn't right for you, email hello@zenza.io within 30 days of purchase from the address you bought with, and we'll refund the full course price. You don't need to give a reason. Once the refund is issued, access to the course and the included membership ends.

Membership and team seats

Membership and team seats are billed monthly and you can cancel any time from your account page. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't refund partial months.

Membership that's included free with a course purchase isn't charged during the 30-day free period. If you don't want it to continue, cancel before the free period ends and you won't be billed.

1:1 consulting

If you need to move a consulting session, email us and we'll reschedule. If you cancel before the session takes place, we'll refund it in full. Sessions that have already happened aren't refundable.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Whop, our payment processor. They usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Chargebacks

Please email us before disputing a charge with your bank — we'll sort it out faster. Accounts with an open chargeback are suspended until it's resolved.
