Terms of Service

Last updated October 30, 2026

The short version: you get personal access to the course and community, you can use what you learn and the blueprints in your own business, you can't resell or redistribute the course, results depend on you, and there's a 30-day money-back guarantee on the course.

1. Who we are

Zenza (zenza.io and course.zenza.io) is operated by Gabe Ficht, a sole proprietor based in Texas, USA ("Zenza", "we", "us"). You can reach us at hello@zenza.io. By buying anything from Zenza or creating an account, you agree to these terms.

2. What you're buying

Prices are shown at checkout in US dollars. We may change prices for new purchases; renewals for an active membership are billed at the price you signed up at unless we give you at least 30 days' notice of a change.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Whop. By paying you also agree to Whop's terms. We never see or store your full card details. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel any time from your account page, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Your account

Keep your login details to yourself. Accounts are for one person; team access is purchased per seat. You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your email address current so we can reach you.

5. What you can do with the material

You may use the lessons, templates, code, and blueprints to build and run systems for your own business or your employer's business, including modifying the code however you like. You may not:

All course content remains the property of Zenza. These terms give you a personal, non-transferable license to use it as described above.

6. Community rules

Be respectful, don't spam or self-promote without being asked, don't share other members' information, and don't post anything illegal or that you don't have the right to share. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

7. No guaranteed results

The course teaches methods and shares examples from real businesses. Your results depend on your business, your effort, and many factors we don't control. We don't promise any specific revenue, savings, or outcome. Nothing in the course is legal, tax, financial, or security advice for your specific situation.

8. Your responsibility for what you build

You're responsible for the systems you build and run, including their security, the data they handle, the costs of any third-party services (hosting, AI APIs, software), and compliance with laws that apply to your business. Review and test code before relying on it in production.

9. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.

10. Ending access

You can stop using Zenza and cancel your membership at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms (for example, by sharing your login or redistributing the course), if a payment is reversed or charged back, or if we're required to by law. If we stop offering the course entirely, we'll give at least 30 days' notice so you can download your templates.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Zenza and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we'll email active customers or post a notice before it takes effect. Continuing to use Zenza after the change means you accept it.
